Stick to a Sleep Schedule

This can be difficult for busy individuals, especially if you have an active social life and enjoy staying out late on the weekends and days off. While it’s incredibly fun to ignore your normal bedtime and keep the party going, going to bed at a consistent time will pay off in the long run. Your body will settle into a rhythm and you’ll find yourself resting deeper and better as time goes on.
